Hello my beautiful friends, I am so excited to share this vacation vlog/blog post with you! We recently went to the Bahamas and stayed at the Royal Towers at the Atlantis Resort. This resort is absolutely beautiful and it offered so much for families with children as well. If your single, a couple or a family they have lots of things for you all to do! It really depends on the hotel you choose or what you would like to enjoy while your on the island. We chose this resort because of all the amenitites it offered the boys. They were never bored and we were exhausted every day. So let me share with you what we did on day one. We arrived and had a car take us to the Royal Towers during the car ride we had a small scenic tour before we arrived.
Our cab driver was nice enough to share tips and tricks on how to save money while on the island. So during this blog post adventure we will share those tips and tricks with you. Be sure to subscribe to our YouTube channel A Beautiful Nest TV so you can see when ever there is a NEW video.

Okay anyway back to day one, after checking into our hotel we got settled in and changed into our swim clothes. As you may imagine the boys were ready to hit the beach and the pool so, that’s what we did. We enjoyed jet skiing as the boys zipped through the water. I finally got the courage to drive one, with my husband riding with of course.
Lol. After jet skiing we played on the beach and let me tell you this beach was amazing! The beach sand was sooo clean and the water was clear as it washed to shore. Further out into the water is was a beautiful blue and emerald color that you could see through. We stopped out in the ocean while on the jet skis just to get a closer look at the beauty of the water. We could clearly see the fish swimming underneath us. AMAZING! Can you tell I loved the Bahamas!
The boys played on the beach for a long time as the sun kissed their skin and welcomed them to this magical place. We enjoyed a few beverages on the beach as we sat by a near by beverage bar. We rented an unmbrella for our lounge chairs to shade us from the sun when necessary. It cost about fifteen dollar to rent one. Eeek! I guess the price isn’t so bad if your going to enjoy the beach for hours. After hours of playing in this salty water it was time to relax at the resort pool and see what the water park had to offer. We decided to grab a bite to eat and enjoy the rest of the evening. The boys really enjoyed the pools and slides and we’ll share with you on day two more about those. See you on day two. Enjoy the video!
