We live in such a busy world.  If we’re not careful we can easily find ourselves caught up in things that could affect our everyday lives and overall wellbeing.  Within the past few years my diet has taken a turn for the worst and I’ll tell you my friends I couldn’t figure out for the life of me what was causing my pain.  I visited several doctors that ran many test on me to determine the root cause of my pain.  Neither doctor could tell me how to fix it, they only gave me recommendations and medication.  So I was diagnosed with gastritis and esophagitis.  I was told that my esophagus was inflamed as well as my stomach.  I had an infection in my stomach and esophagus which made it very difficult for me to swallow my food.  The doctors told me that maybe I was gluten intolerant and to go gluten free.  They also recommended that I remove dairy from my diet and to eat more fiber.  Thank God I didn’t have cancer.  However, if this problem isn’t fixed cancer cells can develop.

I don’t know about you but, I plan on sticking around for a long time.  I want to have a long abundantly beautiful life.  Growing older is beautiful and it should not be experienced in pain and agony.  So, I had to take matters into my own hands.  I had to decide if I wanted to live or die.  I had to stop allowing this busy world to dictate how I ate, slept, socialized, worked, played and lived.  I took a closer look at my diet.  Since everything I ate made me feel like crap, I decided to understand the overall dynamic of what food does to our bodies and how it works once it’s inside.  So I started studying the effects of foods and found that my overall diet was consumed of meat, processed foods, hybrid fruits, vegetables and grains.  I also learned that the foods that were sold in our local stores were providing mostly GMO foods (genetically modified organisms) and hybrid foods.  I learned the effects of GMO foods and how it could be affecting me on this healthy lifestyle journey.  I learned what vitamins and nutrients hybrid foods provided versus naturally growing (wild) in nature food.
 Vegan-banana-pancakes-2 Natural fruits and vegetables provide a substantial amount of vitamins and nutrients they are high in electrolytes.  Electrolytes are mineral salts that are made up of positively charged elements like potassium, magnesium, calcium or sodium and negatively charged elements like chloride and phosphorous.  Providing your body with a more plant-based diet will increase your body’s ability to rebuild cells, heal from bacteria infection and diseases.  I am adapting to a high alkaline plant-based diet which will provide an amazing amount of oxygen to my cells.  This will help to restore, heal, and rebuild cells.  I hope that you will consider changing your eating habits because that’s just what it is, a habit.  We can all choose to have optimal health and reduce chances of diseases like cancer.   I am learning to incorporate as many “Electric Cell Food” into our meal plans as much as possible.  What is “Electric Cell Food” you ask?  Well,  Electric Cell Foods are foods is Educate yourself on what you eat.  What you chew, swallow and digest will have an effect on your body.  But, what’s most important is that we understand what effects those things for which we put inside of our bodies have.  Artificial flavors, colors and preservatives reek havoc on our bodies.  Think about your children and how this will affect their overall development.  There is so much to cover on this topic but, for now I’ll leave you with some suggestions of an Electric Food diet guide from a natural approach.  You’ll find inspiration towards the end of the post.  Good luck and I hope this has been a Blessing for you today!
