Take your tortilla shells and spread cheese sauce on the shell, this is the first layer.  Add your ground turkey and pepperoni mixture and shredding cheese on top.  I used lactose free cheese and corn tortilla shells are gluten free! (smiley face)
Once rolled, fry in canola oil until golden brown.

Prep: 10 minutes (serving 4-6)

Brown your ground turkey in a skillet and season well.  Here’s what you’ll need:
2 to 3 pounds of ground turkey
1 tsp. of ground black pepper
1 tsp. of tomato chicken bouillon seasoning
1 cup of chopped whited onions
1 cup of chopped green bell pepper
1 cup of chopped pepperoni (I used turkey pepperoni)
2 tsp. garlic powder
2 tsp. onion powder
1 TB. Italian herbs
Canola oil

Garlic Marinara Dip:

1 can of garlic roasted tomatoes
Add 2 tsp. garlic powder
2 tsp. onion powder
A pinch of salt to taste
2 pinches of ground black pepper
Freshly squeezed lemon/lime juice
Heat the marinara for 10 minutes on a low simmer.

Garnish:

Chopped cilantro
